I want to give you a simplistic and beautiful dishes you can create to make you feel radiant and bring sunshine into your life and into others kitchens. My hope is for you to see eating in a different light and by doing that, I hope you feel positive changes radiate through you and into your life. One of my favorite things to do is to share a meal with others and I want to inspire that again, bringing back that sense of having your neighbor over for dinner and setting the table with your pretty dishes. Effortlessly creating a healthy experience and memories with the ones you love most. In this time we live in, we simply forget we are here to live and to create memories and my way of doing that is through food. I am not a professional cook, but I do love collaborating with my friends and family to create a healthy twist on a meal and inspire new ideas.
For me, health is a continuous journey. It wasn’t until I experienced an event in my life, a true turning point at the age of 22, that made me look at health in a different way. I used that time as motivation to make a change – to start healing my mind, and my body through learning how to live a healthy life. Eating nutritious food heightened my awareness of my body, taught me the healing powers of plants, the importance of listening to your body and taking the time to care for it.
I recently received my holistic nutritionist certification and spend my free time teaching myself about all things health - eating pretty, creating balance, reading about nutrition, Ayurvedic medicine, yoga and learning about the mind body connection.
